A new hiking place
Another hiking page today. This one features a hiking area that definitely isn't new but new to us. This old quarry is a place I passed occasionally during my childhood. Apparently the county built a park there a few years ago but we only learned about it recently. It is a well maintained park with well marked trails and rails in the high areas.
For the page, I arranged the photos vertically to emphasize the arrangement of the park trails and the view. I used some fun, cheerful embellishments from My Mind's Eye that gave the page color.
Here's the process video:
Thanks for watching!

another great process video Lisa-I really enjoy watching how you lay out a page and choosing your colors and embellies-great work - and what a find for you and your hubby-a new hiking spot- gave you a thumbs up on You Tube
ReplyDeleteGreat page Lisa. I really like the strips of paper behind the photos. And I really like how you keep scraps of patterned paper by colour - I might have to try this
ReplyDeleteI really like how you arranged the photos vertically to emphasize the vertical nature of the scenes IN the photos- great design tip to draw your eye through the page! I also like how you added the title words on the photos themselves.
