What is 3D paint?

Bobbi Lemanski of Raisin Boat stamps will be doing the FREE January Scrapinar. She will share more about 3D paint and how to use it on papercrafting projects.

I attended one of Bobbi's online programs and she is a very good presenter with lots of ideas. She creates beautiful cards as samples for Raisin Boat. I've CASEd quite a few of her designs myself.
