Challenges Thank You Card
To build up my Thank You stash, I did a few of these using this week's Splitcoaststampers color and sketch challenges. The colors to use were Lucky Limeade, Baja Breeze and Calypso Coral. I've barely touched my in-color paper so these were great colors to use and they sure cheered up a rainy day. We've had a much needed 2+ inches of rain today.
I don't have the ink that match these In Colors so I subbed some close colors. A Thank You card in the month of Thanksgiving makes me think of what I'm thankful for today. I'm thankful for our nourishing rain and that all my loved ones are safe, warm and dry at home.
And thank you for visiting!
Ingredients: Stamps: Cheep Talk and Spring Solitude by Stampin' Up!; Hearts and Stars by Autumn Leaves
Ink: Old Olive, Baja Breeze and Soft Suede; Warm Red by Colorbox
DSP: Campfire by October Afternoon
I loved this card when I saw it in the scs gallery-the cheep talk set is one i have always liked-nice work on both challenges-the bakers twine is a nice touch
ReplyDeleteThe color blue for this thank you card is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteLove this sweet sketch and card. The little corner of accent piercing is just a perfect finishing touch.
