MM Haul

It's all Judy's fault.

There I was in an area of a neighboring city I don't go into very often, visiting the library branch as it was the most convenient one to my hair stylist.  I was pulling out of the library parking lot when I passed this store called the Mighty Dollar.  And a little switch clicked.  A few months ago, my friend Judy called to say that she had been to the best dollar store.  They had all kinds of great scrapbooking stuff for just a dollar.  She used Jolie's Boutique die cuts as an example.  I'm not a big fan of those but apparently I filed away that little tidbit for the next thing I know, my van is parked and I'm on my way into the store.

They had a sign on the door advertising their name brand scrapbooking products.  So I told myself - $10 is your limit.  Well, if you counted the items in the photo above, you'd find 10 items - all $1 each!

They had K&Company, Making Memories (my weakness of the brands they had) and some Autumn Leaves stamps that remind me of products Nichol Magourik is using in her videos.  My husband estimated my items at $50 before I told him where I got them and I think that would be on the low side.  (Thank goodness he doesn't know what this stuff really costs!)

I might just find myself on that side of town again someday - you know if I get lost or need to visit that branch of the library or something...
