TIPsy Tuesday - Slit and Circle Punch border



Below is a short video on creating the border on this card.  I've used the slit punch and the 1/2" circle punch.

The colors for the card are from this week's Splitcoaststampers color challenge:  Riding Hood Red, Soft Suede and Elegant Eggplant.

Ingredients:  Stamps:  Alphabet Soup by Stampin' Up!
Cardstock and Ink:  Riding Hood Red, Soft Suede and Elegant Eggplant; also used Naturals White Cardstock
